Introduction: From a long time ago, benefiting from Technology has been an inevitable thing for human interests, which is born and based on science. It can be claimed that there is harmony between ethics, science and Technology, which promote each other. In this article, the researcher discusses this harmony and compatibility. Material and Methods: The current review study was descriptive and using the study of sources and research keywords among the books and articles published in the databases of Thomson Information Institute, Science Direct and Pub Med. Conclusion: As science and Technology continue to advance and become more integrated into our daily lives, ethical considerations become increasingly important. For example, the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) has raised questions about the potential implications of creating machines that can make autonomous decisions and take actions. If science and Technology were considered as a tool, it should have been able to subjugate humans and influence all aspects of behavior and values. While it has become a problem that eventually becomes aligned with morality by applying reason, and people now seek help from it as a tool.

Objective: The aim of present study was to investigate the rate of Awareness and satisfaction of people under the social security insurance after the execution of records improvement scheme in the city of Kashan during the years 2004 to 2005.Method: To achieve this end, a descriptive survey design was utilized. All the individual who benefited from the social security insurance in Kashan comprised the intended target population from which 300 participants were randomly selected. The research instrument was a researcher developed questionnaire consisting of 23 close-ended questions. A five-point likert scale was used for rating the responses. Chronbach's alpha coefficient formula was used for calculating both descriptive and inferential statistics were employed for data analysis. The validity of the questionnair which happened to be 0.98.The former measured frequency, percentile and values while the latter enlisted such statistical techniques as one-variable t-test, independent t-test. Analysis of variance (ANOVA), tukey test and pearson product moment formula.Finding: The findings revealed that the rate of awarness and satisfaction of the insured individuals were above the average refenence level at the p-level of 0.01 .The results of the tukey test indicated that the rate of satisfaction and Awareness of the participants with an associate degree or higher level certificates was more than those with lower level degree. The responses also differed significantly according to the length of insurance record. In fact, individuals with an insurance record of above 21 years showed a greater rate of Awareness and satisfaction compared with those whose insurance record won below 10, 11 and 20 years. In the some view, individuals with an insurance record of 41 years possessed higher rates of Awareness and satisfaction in compared with those with insurance records below 40, 31 and 30 years. Finally, comparing Awareness and satisfaction average values revealed that the participants' responses differed significantly according to sex. Overall, the rate of Awareness and satisfaction for male participants was higher than that of females.Results: According to the findings, factors such as insurance record, sex and level of certificates have a positive relation with the rate of satisfaction and Awareness of insured individuals. Also there is a positive relation between the rate of satisfaction and Awareness, that means the higher degree of satisfaction arrive at the higher of Awareness.

This study aimed to investigate the knowledge of modern descriptive - cross - sectional technologies in secondary and high school teachers in western Mazandaran. The l science. nuclear power, and fundeta is a questionare consisting of 37 questions on internet science, it, nano Technology, b population included all 116 science and biology teachers in Nowshahr, Chalous, and Tonekabon. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 37 questions on Internet Science, IT, Nano Technology, BioTechnology, Nuclear Power, and Fundamental Cell Science. The data were analyzed by means of collective tables, X2 test. The results showed the poor knowledge of the above technologies all over the country. On the contrast, teachers liked to have the subjects in curriculums. Moreover, their lack of presenting the subject could be traced in their fear to get involved in it due to their poor knowledge of them.

Objectives: The aim of this research was to assess the level of Awareness of rehabilitation professionals employed in academic rehabilitation centers in Tehran with reference to Tele-rehabilitation Technology.Methods: In this study, a descriptive cross-sectional research method was used. The research was implemented by using a researcher-designed questionnaire which was developed by the integration and cultural adaptation of different tools collected in the field of tele-health implementation feasibility. The content and face validity of the questionnaire was determined and approved by Lawsche’s method. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed by test-retest correlation coefficient determinations. After considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria, informed consent was obtained, and the questionnaires were distributed among the study sample, which comprised of 141 rehabilitation professionals.Results: The findings show that a desirable level of Awareness does not exist among rehabilitation professionals with regards to this Technology. Based upon the results, only 8% of the participants had basic knowledge of this Technology required in case of implementation.Discussion: Since rehabilitation professionals’ Awareness and knowledge can be a major key to a better implementation and application of this Technology, it seems that there is a need for some developmental and training programs, such as informative educational workshops and seminars, to help them improve their level of knowledge and Awareness.

Introduction: Awareness during anesthesia is an unfavorable side effect for patients and about half of them worry about it. This side effect differs depending on different conditions of patient and anesthetic's drugs. According to special drug limitations in pregnant women we studied Awareness rate among pregnant women during cesarean section with general anesthesia from 1384 to 1385 in shohada hospital. Material &methods: It was a cross sectional study during 1384-1385 and included all patients with more them 18 yrs old age and ASA class I which had cesarean section with classic general anesthesia and they didn't have any systemic problem during or after operation. 24 hrs after surgery they were interviewed by special questionnaire containing 10demographic questions and 14questions about symptoms during surgery and anesthesia. Our results were presented in diagrams and we used K2 test for statistical analysis. Results: None of the patients heard the new born cry during anesthesia. One of the most common things due to Awareness during general anesthesia was hearing personal voices and instrument sounds (about 3%). The most common thing was inability to move during anesthesia (about 8%). Dreaming during cesarean section anesthesia was about 2.3%.Conclusion: If we considered all the mentioned things as Awareness, our drug limitation use during cesarean section causes relative high prevalence of Awareness during anesthesia. 

Background & Objective: Sellick's maneuver is a routinely used technique for the prevention of pulmonary aspiration of gastric contents during anesthesia. The rationale for the application of cricoid pressure necessitates that it is applied at the loss of consciousness during rapid sequence induction. Cricoid pressure therefore, may be fully applied at a level of anesthesia where Awareness, and possibly recall, of the: maneuver occurs.Materials & Methods: This study was setup to determine the frequency of Awareness and recall Sellick's maneuver following 100 patients (ASA I, II) who candidates for lower extremity surgery were randomly enrolled in this prospective study. After induction of anesthesia and application of cricoids pressure, symptoms of Awareness and recall were recorded. Data were analyzed by SPSS software and Spearman correlation.Results: The frequency of Awareness and recall were 45% and 16%respectively.The frequency distribution of Awareness severity based on grade 1, 2 and 3 were 16%, 6% and 1% respectively. The frequency distribution of recall severity based on mild, moderate and sever were 15%, zero and 1% respectively. The correlation between Awareness severity and recall severity was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Due to high frequency of Awareness and recall following Sellick's maneuver and its complications, it is available to revise the procedure of this maneuver and in particular the accurte time in its application.

The aim of this study was to evaluate Awareness, attitude and action of Amirkabir University of Technology (AUT) students on general aspects of environment. A questionnaire was designed and 75 students were asked to fill it. The results of this research showed that environmental issues are the last option of the students in compared with the other issues. The obtained results also showed that knowledge of the mechanical engineering department students on general aspects of environment were relatively higher. It is nessecary to improve level of general environmental knowledge of university students in Iran. For example, a course of “environmental science and Technology” is suggested to be set as a part of every academic curriculum.
